Spurts of laughter

A fit of giggles

In all the melanchony

of a monotonous rut;

For three years now it’s been on

On from morn to eve.

Tired and lousy we feel

It’s only for the degree

or a fear for the untrodden paths

That gets us to

sit day after day in seats mundane;

Or is it just the fit of giggles

and the laughter to go?
